Optaimi provides AI-powered business automation solutions designed to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Our services include but are not limited to:

AI receptionist and customer service automation
Document processing and workflow automation
Communication and process optimization
Analytics and reporting solutions

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities

4. Payment Terms

Success-Based Pricing

Our primary pricing model is success-based, where you pay a percentage (15-25%) of verified cost savings achieved through our automation solutions. Payment is due monthly based on measured results.

AI Receptionist Service

Our AI receptionist service is billed at a fixed monthly rate of $299, payable in advance.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Optaimi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Optaimi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments will become due.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
